Returns Within 30 Days: Not entirely satisfied with your HomeCourse® purchase from Pro Play Elite? We accept returns of undamaged items within 30 days—just be prepared to cover the shipping costs. Note that all returns will have a 15% restocking fee and must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories.Handling Damaged Goods: In the rare event you receive a damaged HomeCourse® item, let us know immediately. Document the damage, and contact us at support@proplayelite.com. We'll handle the replacement process for you swiftly.
One-Year Manufacturer Warranty: HomeCourse® products come with a one-year warranty from the purchase date. This covers crucial parts like the motor and netting. The warranty doesn't cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, alterations, accidental damage, or normal wear (including the projection screen).
